Doesn’t look like the twitter URL thing works; you can open with twitter:// but you cannot auto-post by doing twitter://http://blahblah…

I don’t think there’s a url to create them. Apple only just added the API for creating them programattically in iOS4.

It looks like tunewiki:// should open that app for you. I’ll do a blog post later about how you can figure this out from the downloaded app.
